Refund Policy

At Sabrina Hadd, I strive to provide the highest quality of service and ensure every client leaves feeling satisfied. To maintain the sustainability of my business and the quality of my treatments, the following refund policy applies:

1. Services and Treatments

All aesthetic services, including but not limited to lash extensions, HIFU, and body sculpting, are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, the time, labor, and specialized products used cannot be recovered. If you are unsatisfied with your result, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment so that I can discuss possible adjustments or solutions.

2. Deposits

As stated in my Cancellation Policy, deposits are used to secure your time slot and are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future date.

• Exceptions: I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you contact me prior to your appointment with a valid reason, I may, at my sole discretion, offer a refund or a credit toward a future service.

3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Deposits for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are strictly non-refundable and cannot be applied to future bookings.

4. Products

Any aftercare or beauty products purchased on-site are final sale due to hygiene and safety regulations.
