By booking a service with Sabrina Hadd, located at 5871 Pelham Road, Allen Park, Michigan (inside "THE EDIT"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. The aesthetic treatments provided—including but not limited to lash extensions, HIFU, waxing, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and vaginal tightening—are for cosmetic and wellness purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. As the owner and practitioner, I am not a licensed medical doctor; please consult with a physician before undergoing advanced treatments if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant. Results may vary per individual, and by proceeding with a booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided. Terms & Conditions - The Basics

To ensure the best experience and results for all clients at Sabrina Hadd, please review the following policies before finalizing your appointment:

Arrival & Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session at our Allen Park location (inside "THE EDIT"). If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client, and a late fee may apply.
Booking & Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or a "no-show" may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your deposit.
Preparation & Aftercare: For body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and HIFU treatments, please follow all pre-appointment instructions (such as hydration levels) sent via your confirmation. For lash services, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Health Disclosure: You agree to disclose all known allergies, skin sensitivities, and medical conditions prior to treatment. Sabrina Hadd reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your current health status.
Payment: All balances are due at the time of service. We do not offer refunds on completed aesthetic treatments.

Cancellations, Deposits & Studio Rules

At Sabrina Hadd, I value your time and mine. To maintain a fair and organized schedule, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Deposits & Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you notify me within this timeframe and provide a valid reason, I am happy to transfer your deposit to a new date or issue a refund at my discretion.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. "No-shows" (failing to arrive with no prior communication) will lose their deposit and be permanently blacklisted from booking any future services at this studio.
Late Arrivals: I offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled to stay on schedule for following clients, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Children & Guests: For safety and insurance reasons, no children are permitted in the treatment room. If you are accompanied by a guest, they are welcome to wait in the building’s lobby/waiting area at "THE EDIT" during your session.
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits disrespectful behavior or fails to comply with studio policies.
