Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, 50% of the service price will be charged. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that "life happens." In cases of genuine emergencies (force majeure), please reach out, we are happy to be flexible for valid unforeseen circumstances.
